We conducted detailed soil testing, layout marking, excavation, and anti-termite treatment to ensure a solid, long-lasting foundation for the residence.
The RCC framework was built using high-strength steel and 3,000 PSI concrete, ensuring structural integrity across all levels.
Full installation of UPVC and PPRC piping, along with underground electrical conduits, following top-tier waterproofing and embedment practices.
Executed architectural elevations including pergolas, arched porch, and facade elements per design specifications from SR Design Works.
Constructed using Sargodha crush and Chenab sand, the brick masonry was laid with focus on alignment, strength, and structural flow.
Every phase was monitored through strict inspection protocols, ensuring each element met IHS quality benchmarks before moving forward.
