Located in Sui Gas Society, Lahore, this 4,300 sq. ft. residence for Mr. Khurram, designed in collaboration with Sauda Architects, is currently under development. The design brings together exposed red brick and clean modern lines, with recessed balconies and carefully planned openings that define the home’s character. Perforated brick screens and planned landscaping are intended to provide privacy while allowing natural light and ventilation throughout the house. As construction progresses, the project reflects a strong focus on build quality, thoughtful detailing, and disciplined execution, a work in progress by Ittefaq Housing Solutions.
